What is Hyfrecator Treatment?
Say goodbye to those pesky little bumps! Our Hyfrecator uses a precise electrical current to treat certain benign skin growths with minimal impact on the surrounding skin. Treatments are quick, require no stitches, and many spots can be treated in just one visit!

What to expect
Before your appointment
A consultation first, where each lesion is assessed. Avoid sun on the area for two weeks and tell us about any medications, especially blood thinners.
During your appointment
A few minutes per lesion. Numbing is applied for larger spots. You'll feel a quick, sharp heat; most clients say it's over before they mind it.
After your appointment
A small scab forms over each spot and falls off in five to ten days. Keep it clean and moisturized with the balm we give you, and never pick.
Between visits
Most lesions are gone in one visit. Larger or clustered spots may need a second pass after the skin has healed.

Frequently asked questions
Will it leave a scar?
Our goal is always to minimize scarring! You may notice a small scab or pink spot as the area heals, which typically fades over time. The key is to avoid picking, follow your aftercare instructions, and protect the area from the sun.
Do you remove moles?
No. Moles and anything that looks irregular are referred to a dermatologist or medical provider for evaluation. For skin tags, SKs, sebaceous hyperplasia and milia, you can skip the derm trip and come see us.
How many can be removed in one visit?
It depends on the size, type, and location of the spots being treated! We can often treat multiple spots in one appointment. We'll evaluate your skin and recommend the best approach for you!
