Pick Brazilian or Brazilian + Underarms, then the version that fits: New Client if it’s your first visit or 3+ months since your last sugar (we’ll take it slow), 3 Week Special if you come every three weeks (a special price for staying on schedule), or the regular appointment for everything in between.

Most clients say yes. Sugar paste doesn't stick to live skin and removes hair in the direction it grows, so there's less pulling on the skin and less breakage. The first visit is the most sensitive; it gets easier each time.

About a quarter inch, which is roughly two to three weeks after your last shave. Ideally you want your hair about the size of a grain of rice.

Yes, with a fresh tampon or cup. Skin can be more sensitive in the days before and during, so some clients prefer to book a week later.

Basic covers the bikini line, the hair that shows outside a swimsuit. Extended adds a smooth, clean booty. If you're not sure, book Basic and tell your esthetician you're interested in Extended; it's an easy upgrade on the day.

A bikini removes the hair outside the swimsuit line. A Brazilian removes everything, front to back, with the option to leave a strip.

Three to five weeks for most people. Regular visits make the regrowth finer and slower.

We'd rather you didn't. Shaving resets the growth cycle and makes the next sugaring more uneven. If you must, tell your esthetician so they can plan the timing.

Full Face covers the whole face, with or without brow shaping. The smaller options cover just the eyebrows, lip or chin, on their own or in pairs. Not sure? Book the area that bothers you most and ask your esthetician on the day.

No. Removing hair at the root doesn't change the follicle. Many clients see finer, slower regrowth over time.

Pause retinol and exfoliating acids for two to three days before and after. If you're on a prescription retinoid or have had a recent peel or laser, tell your esthetician first.

Yes. Sugar gives a clean, precise line and is gentle on the thin skin around the eyes. We finish with tweezing for detail.

Underarms is just the underarms. Half Arms is elbow to wrist. Full Arms is shoulder to wrist. Book one, or combine Underarms with either arm option in the same visit.

Please don't. Deodorant keeps the sugar from gripping the hair. We'll give you a wipe-down if you forget, and you can apply it again the next morning.

Often, yes. Much of the shadow is hair under the skin and irritation from shaving. Removing hair at the root and skipping the razor lets the skin calm down.

Three to five weeks, with finer regrowth over time.

Quarter Legs is the inner or back thighs. Half Legs is knee to thigh or ankle to knee. Full Legs is thigh to ankle. Foot + Toes can be added to any of them or booked on its own.

Full legs are the longest sugaring service, about 45 to 60 minutes. Most clients read or scroll and are surprised how quickly it goes.

Tell your esthetician. Sugaring can lift hair that's close to the surface, and we'll recommend an exfoliation routine for the rest.

It's better not to. If you do, let the hair regrow two to three weeks before your next visit.

Brow tints typically last 2–4 weeks, while lash tints last around 3–4 weeks. Results can vary depending on your skin, skincare routine, and daily habits!

Laser treatments aren't one-size-fits-all! Some lasers are better suited for certain skin tones than others. During your consultation, we'll evaluate your skin and determine the safest and most effective treatment options for you!

Laser hair removal provides long-term hair reduction, with many clients seeing up to 80% less hair after completing their recommended series! Results vary from person to person, and occasional maintenance treatments may be needed to keep things smooth!

No. The laser targets pigment in the hair. Sugaring remains the better option for light, red or grey hair.

Not while you're doing laser hair removal! The laser needs the hair follicle intact to effectively target hair growth, so you'll want to skip sugaring, waxing, and tweezing between treatments. Shaving is totally fine, though!

We apply a topical numbing cream before your treatment to keep you as comfortable as possible! Most clients describe the sensation as a little scratchy or prickly, but very tolerable. Some areas may be more sensitive than others, but we'll make sure you're comfortable every step of the way!
